Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NumLines website and services provided by NEUROLINKER AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or receiving communications through our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
NumLines is a business communication service operated by NEUROLINKER AI LLC that lets customer-service teams send and receive SMS/MMS messages and calls with their customers over registered US carrier connections (A2P 10DLC). Text messages under this program are conversational customer care and booking notifications only — no marketing or promotional content. Consent you give applies only to this messaging program and is never transferred, sold, or shared.
2. SMS Terms — NumLines Customer Care & Booking Notifications
The following terms apply to text messages sent through the service under the program "NumLines Customer Care & Booking Notifications" — customer care and booking notifications for travel services such as car rental and hotel reservations, sent by NEUROLINKER AI LLC (NumLines):
- Consent. You will only receive messages if you provided your phone number and agreed to be contacted by text (for example, when making a reservation), or if you initiated a conversation by texting us first. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase, applies only to this program, and is never transferred to another business.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your conversation and bookings.
- Fees. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS from that number. To rejoin, reply START or provide your consent again.
- Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly at support@numlines.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Information on how we handle your data, including mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data, is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use NumLines to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or content that violates carrier rules and industry guidelines (including CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices). We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Intellectual property
The NumLines name, logo, website, and software are the property of NEUROLINKER AI LLC and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEUROLINKER AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "Last updated" date above.
